Whiz Bang Events Terms and Conditions

MY ROLE

You can expect the following of your planner: 

An initial consultation to assess the overall direction.

All correspondence is done via email not because we don’t enjoy hearing your voice, but to make sure we have a written record of all correspondence. 

Please feel free to email me at anytime with questions or ideas; however, it will be discussed at our next scheduled meeting to ensure we are both on the same page. 

I would love to be as involved as you want me to be! I'm happy to be in attendance to any meetings you have with vendors, I just ask that you give me as much advance notice as possible or let me work with you in making the appointments. 

I can assist with the design of venue layout(s), (see complete package),

organising event day timeline and logistics - if you are using Whiz Bang Events for the complete event planning process this service is included in that package. 

Help in establishing and maintaining an overall event budget and breakdown 

Plus additional miscellaneous tasks as requested. 


CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

To secure the date and the services of Whiz Bang Events a non-refundable payment of $500 is required. Once this is received into the nominated bank account, your date will be secured. 


PAYMENT

Payments will be broken into 3 parts, depending on service package.

A $500 non-refundable deposit, roughly 50% mid way through our service arrangement, then the remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
