Terms and Conditions


You can expect the following of your planner:

An initial FREE 15 minute phone/zoom consultation to assess the overall direction. Book here

All correspondence after this is done via email not because we don’t enjoy hearing your voice, but to make sure we have a written record of all correspondence.

Please feel free to email us at anytime with questions or ideas; however,

it will be discussed at our next scheduled meeting to ensure we are both on the same page.

We would love to be as involved as you want us to be! We are happy to be in attendance to any meetings you have with vendors, we just ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible or let us work with you in making the appointments.

We can assist with the design of venue layout(s), (see complete package).

Organising event day timeline and logistics - if you are using Whizbang Events for the complete event planning process this service is included in that package.

Help in establishing and maintaining an overall event budget and breakdown

Plus additional miscellaneous tasks as requested.



To secure the date and the services of Whiz Bang Events a non-refundable payment of 10% is required. Once this is received into the nominated bank account, your date will be secured.



Payments will be broken into 3 parts, depending on service package.

Deposit, 50% mid way through our service arrangement, then

the remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the event.


In the unfortunate event that the event is canceled due to ANY circumstances the client must notify Whiz Bang Events immediately in writing of this intention.

This includes but not limited to: event called off or act of God within one month of event date, the client agrees the full responsibility to pay in full for hours ours worked to that point before the original scheduled date of the event.

In the event of a date change, a new quote and contract will be drafted by Whiz Bang Events dependent upon date availability.

Any non-refundable, non-transferable invoices will need to be paid.



Confirmation of final guest numbers is required 7 days prior to the event at the time of payment of the final balance.




Whiz Bang Events will act as representative of the client for the hiring of a venue and goods but does not enter into a hire arrangement as this is the responsibility of the client. The client is therefore liable for any damages or costs which may arise from misuse or breakages by event patrons.




The client is responsible for any served alcohol to event guests and should follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines in relation to the serving of alcohol at the event.




Whiz Bang Events will follow the guidelines as set out by the NSW government regulations and will enforce the noise restrictions and late night curfew accordingly to the venues regulations.

Whiz Bang Events reserves the right to terminate any live performance which fails to adhere to the guidelines.


Whiz Bang Events reserves the right to use images from your event for promotion, display, advertising, internet and publication. Specific images will be discussed prior to display upon request.

Client will give us access to professional photos from the event. Client will ask photographer to send Whiz Bang Events a link to download images OR client will send link directly.
