From Vision to Execution: Our Step-by-Step Planning Process

Guests will be greeted on arrival with a welcome and invited to explore the beautiful venue or outdoor deck space with a drink 🍸.

Fairy lights delicately draped amongst the venue wooden beams adding a soft glow to the entire area.



Chic white ottoman cocktail furniture, dry bars or lounge sets arranged to encourage mingling and relaxation. These pieces offer a sleek, modern contrast to the natural beauty of the night sky.




White linen on round or long trestle tables with delicate floral arrangements to enhance the sophistication of the evening. Add lanterns or candles on tables to keep the ambiance warm and inviting. 




Guests can enjoy delicious canapés or finger food served by waitstaff, or a sit down meal ensuring a seamless and elegant dining experience.

The serene night sky set the perfect mood for an unforgettable evening.


This can be achieved at The Byron Bay Surf Club which sits in the heart of Australia’s most iconic coastal paradise. Offering stunning beach views from the Light House to Mt Warning.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

The Byron Bay Surf Club offers the most ‘sort after’ deck in prime location to enjoy your celebration during the breathtaking sunset then under the stars dance floor. The deck can be inter-joined to the rustic & charming venue hall.

  • All weather venue space,

  • Ground floor venue, large dance floor,

  • Direct access to the bar, supply your own drinks,

  • Simplistic venue making it perfect for any style of decorating,

  • Choose from approved caters list,

  • Hire fee includes hall, kitchen, deck & toilets,

  • Personal event manager,

  • Capacity for 100 - 150 people

Includes 18 white plastic rectangular trestle tables, 16 round tables (both seat 8 comfortably) and 200 white plastic foldout gladiator chairs. Linen not included.
